Simply return the club (within 30-days of purchase) and we will issue you a store credit for 100% of the purchase price or exchange it for another club of your choice. We will even pay to ship it back! This is a limited time offer. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts for golf club purchases made after May 1st 2018 and is subject to change at our discretion.
In order to qualify for playability guarantee:
- You must have your original receipt.
- You must setup the return within 30 days of purchase.
- Play guarantee only covers clubs with a purchase price of $200 or more.
- All items associated with the purchase must be returned (headcover, fitting wrench, weight kits, golf bag).
- Playability Guarantee applies only to new club purchases (used clubs are not eligible).
- Custom ordered clubs cannot be returned under the Playability Guarantee.
- Box sets and Iron sets can only be returned if ALL clubs in the purchase are being returned. We will not except individual club returns out of a set.
- Clubs showing excessive wear and damage may be refused at the discretion of GolfHQ.com.
- Clubs presented with normal wear and tear will be accepted; however, clubs returned with excessive wear or permanent damage (e.g. pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.) do not qualify for the Guarantee. Clubs that do not meet these standards will be handled on a case by case basis at GolfHQ.com's discretion.
- Store credit will be given once we have received and inspected the returned club(s).
- Limit 1 mulligan per purchase.
- GolfHQ.com reserves the right to modify this program.
