Standard Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best golf products available. However, if you feel that you want to return an item to us for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, as long as the item is still new, unused, and in its original packaging or plastic wrap. If you feel that you want to return an item you must contact us within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise for an RA (Return Authorization) number. This number must be written boldly on the outside of the box. We will not accept any returns without an RA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if you received free shipping, we still incurred shipping charges and they will be subtracted from your order total when we send a refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.
We do not accept returns on used golf clubs, however we want you to be confident when purchasing items from Golf Headquarters. If you purchase a golf club from us and decide that you no longer want it within the first 60 days you may be eligible for up to 90% store credit of the original purchase price. Your store credit amount will be determined after inspection of the club. This amount will depend on the condition of the club(s) so it's in your best interest to take care of your new clubs until you are positive that you want to keep them. We will not accept any damaged clubs or any clubs that do not show normal wear. This policy will be enforced on a case by case basis.
We do NOT accept returns on the following items:
- Custom Golf Clubs
- Special Orders (Items we normally do not carry)
- DVD's, Wii Games, or Software
- Personalized or Logo Items
We only accept returns and exchanges on items that were purchased from GolfHQ.com. All refunds will be applied based on the original form of payment.
