Shipping & Delivery -

GolfHQ.com ships all orders via Fedex. We feel that Fedex will enable us to give you the best combination of price and service for shipping your order. When buying from GolfHQ.com you will never have to worry about any hidden costs added to your shipping total. We do not charge you for any handling or service charges. You are only charged what Fedex charges us for shipping. We will also provide shipping insurance on all items for free. Our checkout system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order's billable weight (actual weight & dimensions of the box determine billable weight), your location, and the shipping method that you choose. You will be able to see your order’s shipping cost prior to submitting your order.

Please Note: Personalized golf balls are excluded from any free shipping promotion regardless of the minimum order requirement.

Our primary shipping method is Fedex Home Delivery/Ground. Items that are In-Stock and placed by 2pm EST will almost always ship out the same day. Orders placed on the weekends won't be eligible for shipment until Monday.  Please remember that if you choose Fedex SmartPost, the final delivery will be made by USPS.  Occasionally we will ship items directly from the manufacturer and you should allow 3-7 business days for these items to ship. This also means that if you order multiple products they may come in separate shipments and arrive at different times. Items that ship direct from the manufacturer will not be noted on the website so if your order is time-sensitive we strongly recommend that you call us to place your order over the phone. Custom golf clubs, personalized items, and special orders may delay shipping as well.

We also offer expedited shipping methods if you need your order in a hurry. We offer Fedex First Overnight (delivered next business day by 8am), Priority Overnight (delivered next business day by 10:30am), Standard Overnight (delivered next business day by 3pm), 2 Day AM (delivered in 2 business days by 10:30am), 2 Day (delivered in 2 business days by 4:30pm), and Express Saver (Delivered in 3 business days by 4:30pm).  It is important to note that weekend days are excluded.  So if you choose Fedex Express Saver (3 day) to have your order shipped Wednesday your order will arrive on Monday, if you choose 2 Day Air on Thursday your order will arrive on Monday unless you call your order in and specifically request Saturday delivery and the same rule applies for Next Day Air shipments. Orders must be placed before 9am (EST) to ship out the same day. Orders that are placed on the weekends will not ship out until Monday. If you need an order to be shipped out the same day and your order is placed after 9am you will need to contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Expedited shipping may not be available on certain products and is not guaranteed on any product to ship the same day. That is why we always strongly recommend to contact us to check stock availability for any time-sensitive orders, as there is no guarantee that a product is in stock, regardless of what is noted on the website. So again, it is recommended to call in any orders that you need by a certain date so we can be sure that we accommodate you accordingly.

The above ground shipping policy applies to the continental U.S. only. Any free shipping promotions are only valid for the continental United States (lower 48 states).

Please note that if your package is delayed because of adverse weather conditions we can not issue a refund for shipping costs, as Fedex does not issue us any refunds due to any adverse weather conditions or what Fedex considers to be any type of act of nature or act of God.

In certain circumstances a product may be back-ordered or out of stock. In such cases you will be notified immediately so that we can correct the problem as best we can.


We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.  We now ship to over 180 countries and territories.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose your country from the ship to selector and click the "International Checkout" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Returns & Replacements

GolfHQ.com wants you to be completely, 100% satisfied when shopping on our website. Therefore, we are now providing free return shipping on qualifying orders** so you can shop with no risk, guaranteed. Free returns mean less hassle, time and cost for you, the customer. If you order something and would like to return it, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with Return instructions and a Return Authorization Number & Return Label.


**Only orders placed on golfhq.com are eligible for free returns.  Ebay and Amazon orders are not eligible for free returns.

**Free returns are only valid for purchases made on or after 8/4/15. Any purchases prior to 8/4/15 please refer to our standard returns policy

**Customers are eligible to receive only 1 pre-paid return label within a 30 day period from receipt of your original order.

**Free returns apply only to orders shipped within the continental 48 U.S. states (Alaska & Hawaii are excluded).

You may choose to return the product for a refund, exchange for another product or receive store credit. (Please Note: After 30 days, you may only return for store credit).

 To receive timely refund for the products ordered you are required to send us the NEW AND UNUSED product back in the original packaging or similar packaging with any and all items that came with it, for example: headcovers, wrenches, freebie items, etc.   If any items are missing the price/value will be deducted from your refund.

If a returned item is deemed to have been used and cannot be sold as new, we reserve the right to adjust the value of your refund or exchange accordingly.  Pre-owned golf club values will be based off of PGA Value Guide published pre-owned golf club prices.

**Items that are deemed oversized by Fedex are exempt from free returns. (Examples, but not limited to: golf bags, travel bags, complete golf sets, etc.)

**If you have multiple items on your original order and receive free shipping because your order total was above the free shipping minimum, but then you return one or more of those items bringing your order total below the free shipping minimum, that shipping amount that you would have incurred will be deducted from your refund.

By using our free returns process you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

If you choose to return for a refund:

We will email you a pre-paid return label and refund you for the product once we receive it back and assure it is in new/unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping and choose to return your order for a refund, the original shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the refund.

If you would like to receive store credit:

We will email you a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the product back and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will email you a Store Credit for the full amount of the order in the form of a 15-digit online gift code.

If you would like to exchange, you have two options:

*A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you for both options

  1. Place new order – This option is best for customers who want to get their exchange faster. You simply will place a brand new order for the new item you want. You will be responsible for any applicable shipping on the new order (exchange).  However, you will have two charges outstanding until we receive the return. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will refund the full amount of the original order.
  2. Standard Exchange – We will wait to ship the exchange until we receive the returned item. Once we receive the return and assure it is in new/unused condition, we will ship the exchange item out. This will take longer, but you will not have two charges outstanding.


We do NOT accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom Golf Clubs
  • Special Orders (Items we normally do not carry)
  • Books
  • DVD's, Wii Games, or Software
  • Personalized or Logo Items

We only accept returns and exchanges on items that were purchased from GolfHQ.com. All refunds will be applied based on the original form of payment.

**GolfHQ.com reserves the right to alter or adjust this policy at its own discretion.

Gift Cards

We do not allow refunds back to your credit card for gift cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise, no exceptions. If you purchase something with a gift card and would like to return it, that amount will be added back to your gift card balance.
